Our company was started in 1998 by Devin (at the time he was an apprentice carpenter) as R&D Construction clean up, doing site clean up and garbage removal. This grew each year as he worked through his apprenticeship. Once Devin became a ticketed journeyman carpenter in 2002, he went out on his own as R&D Construction providing construction services.
Devin saw a need for high quality, long lasting fencing for homeowners. He discovered the advantages of Vinyl Fencing, and began to supply and install it. A service that has grown into 24+ years of quality installation and happy homeowners.
